commitment to the study of Chinese medicine came after her own personal
experience with acupuncture and herbal treatment. After many years of
frustration with allopathic medicine, a series of acupuncture treatments &
herbal prescriptions made a big difference in her life by helping her find a
path toward well-being. This prompted her to dedicate herself to the study of
Chinese medicine in the hope that she could ultimately share the healing
benefits she experienced.
education began with Chinese medicinal and eastern massage training at Bastyr
University in Seattle, WA and continued at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine
in San Diego, CA. She holds a Master of Science from American College of
Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, CA. Jana also completed an
internship program at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in
the Sichuan Province of China.
